SocialNow AI vs ManyChat
ManyChat is a leading chat-automation tool for building DM flows on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and more. SocialNow AI includes comment-to-DM lead capture too, but also creates the posts that generate those comments: it plans campaigns, writes captions, designs on-brand posters and publishes them, so content and replies work as one system.
